Booking & Payment – A signed rental agreement and non-refundable deposit (50%) are required to secure your date. Balance is due 7 days before the event. 2. Rental Time – Includes setup and cleanup. Exceeding agreed time may result in overtime fees. 3. Capacity – Maximum guest capacity must not be exceeded for safety and comfort. 4. Decorations – No nails, screws, or permanent alterations to the venue. All décor must be removed after the event. 5. Cleaning – Renter is responsible for basic cleanup. Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee. 6. Liability – The Pink Room Lounge is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost items. 7. Cancellations – Deposits are non-refundable.
